Chilli Parcels

Main ingredients
1 Pc
Onions (finely chopped)
1 Bowl
Bell peppers (red, green and yellow)
6 Sheets
Spring roll sheets
1 tbsp
Spring roll sheets
2 tbsp
Green Chillies
1/2 Bowl
Canned sweet corn
2 tbsp
Cream cheese
1/2 Bowl
Diced Paneer
2 tbsp
Coriander leaves
1 tbsp
Soul ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp
Soul garlic pickle (made with Olive Oil)
Instructions
- In a pan, heat some oil, add finely chopped onions to it and sauté till translucent.
- Now, add Soul Ginger garlic paste and sauté it.
- Add the bell peppers (finely chopped), chopped green chillies, canned sweet corn, diced paneer and sauté the mixture.
- Add some garam masala, salt to taste and cook for 2 minutes.
- Top the mixture up with some freshly chopped coriander leaves and keep aside for cooling.
- Till the mixture cools down, grind the Soul garlic pickle with cream cheese and keep aside.
- Now wrap the bell pepper mixture in the spring roll sheets and deep fry them till golden brown.
- Serve hot with the pickle cheese dip that we made.
